On the 22nd of September the Austrian artist Joachim Eckl and the Egyptian artist Rasha Ragab went on a traditional Egyptian sailing-boat to the middle of the Nile in front of Karnak-Tempel/Luxor to accomplish a joint water-drawing-performance. The man from the Danube and the woman from the Nile were collecting 3 containers of Nile water. The male creation, the female creation and the mutual creation have been drawn from the Nile-river. Next year they will bring these waters to the river Amazon. In this process the Nile and the river Amazon will join in Brazil.
